Our site uses registration forms that require individuals to provide contact information (i.e., name and email address). This contact information is used to facilitate the process of the service the requests.  Individuals who opt in to receive offers may receive email, telephone calls or direct mail from ABS. Privacy Complaint Resolution Procedure Guide
If a customer of ABS has a complaint in relation to handling of their personal information they should first refer to the Privacy Policy to define the circumstances where ABS has failed to adhere to the policy as they have set out.

The customer should first contact ABS employee they have dealt with directly. If the problem is not resolved by the original employee contact, then please contact ABS Friction directly by email at marketing@ABSFriction.com.
