Website and Internet Privacy Statement
Our site uses registration forms that require individuals to provide contact information (i.e., name and email address). This contact information is used to facilitate the process of the service the requests. Individuals who opt in to receive offers may receive email, telephone calls or direct mail from ABS. Users may opt out of receiving future communications; see the choice/opt-out section below.

- your address, email address and where you prefer to be reached
- the nature of your complaint
- details relevant to the matter and with whom you have already discussed the issue
Any correspondence received in this regard will be acknowledged with ten business days. A resolution will be offered within twenty business days.
