ABS FRICTION CORP - CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT CHANGES.

ABS Friction Corp., is pleased to announce that Sue Sitler, our Sr. Customer Service Representative will be joining our International Sales Team.

Acting as a liaison between our traveling sales force and our Customer Service Department, Sue will continue to be a major part of our customer management process as she performs her new role.

Mary Kent and Dulcie Crystal will be assuming all of the daily customer service activities formerly overseen by Sue.

Both Mary and Dulcie, have been with us since our early years, and bring with them a combined 30 years experience in quality, engineering, and purchasing within the friction industry.
